Happy Hour at the SacYard Taphouse!

Time spent with friends is always time well spent
— Unknown

This week, we got together with good friends both old and new at the SacYard Taphouse.

With live music in the background and fantastic bites and local brews in hand, we shared stories, laughter, and aspirations about how the UNA could participate in building a stronger and more resilient Sacramento.

It was such a relaxing and inspiring way to connect with others and unwind after a long week at work. And the diversity of backgrounds for everyone in attendance speaks to the broad appeal of the SDGs and the UNAs work. This diversity of professional fields included healthcare, law, social work, international relations, software development, and visual arts.

We are excited to hold more happy hours as the weather warms up.

And we give a special thanks to our Chapter’s Young Professionals leader, Eva Parker, for all her work in making this wonderful event happen!
