MUTUALLY ASSURED SURVIVAL: Prioritizing Local Climate Actions Forum

United Nations Association (UNA) chapters in the Western Regions are hosting virtual Forums with the overarching theme Mutually Assured Survival: Priorities for Climate Action

The Forum follows COP27 and aims to offer practical, effective take-aways that participants, their organizations and partners ought to prioritize for action at the local, regional and state levels.

This event will encompass priority policies, financing, and collaborative actions to halt global warming and implement governments’ commitments to reduce carbon emissions by at least 40% by 2030 in a just and sustainable manner.
